Where they started
Thirty years of concrete experience, and the business was still side work. The owner had a full time job and poured driveways and patios on nights and weekends. There was no steady way for customers to find him, so the work only came when somebody happened to ask around.
What I did
The work was never the problem, so I built everything around it. A site that makes the case for hiring them, pages and Google listings for Greeley, Fort Collins, Longmont, Loveland, and Windsor so they show up when people nearby search for concrete work, and a sales process so every lead gets answered, followed up, and quoted.
Then quotes became the holdup. They were taking too long to get back out, and interest cools fast in this business. So I built them a custom app that sends a proposal and lets the customer sign it right there, while they're still sold on the job.
Every month they get a report listing each new customer, the job, and what it was worth, so there's never any guessing about what the marketing is producing.
What happened
He quit the full time job. The business became the business, and he started hiring people to keep up. Since October 2024, I've brought in 130 jobs. The ones with tracked values add up to more than $855,000, and that doesn't count the 18 jobs from late 2024 before we started logging job values. Their best month so far was June 2026, with $105,940 in new jobs from eight customers. And it keeps going: August 2026 added another $65,465.
