Local Legends
Local Legends: helping out a business that earned it.
Once a year I pick a business or nonprofit that has really shown up for its community and do the work for free. A website, getting them found on Google, whatever would help them most. No cost, no catch.

- A full website redesign, at no cost
The first Local Legend
San Xavier Mission is the one most people know. It has stood outside Tucson since the 1700s and is one of the most photographed buildings in the Southwest, and the website showed none of that. So I reached out, told them I wanted to build them a new one for free, and built it before we ever met.
Then I drove down to meet them in person and show them what I'd made. Once they saw it, they were in.
What they ended up with
A site that finally looks like the place it represents, with the photos, history, hours, and directions people are actually after, and it holds up on a phone in the parking lot.
It worked well enough that the principal of San Xavier Mission School asked for one too.
Nominate a Local Legend.
Know a business or nonprofit that has done right by your town and could use a hand getting online? Put their name in. I read every one that comes in.
When one fits, I reach out and get to work at no cost. It's one a year, so tell me what makes them a legend around there.
